XL Version ✔️ 1 inch longer than standard for larger golfers, 38 inches. Upgraded Standard Weight Version ✔️ 17 ounces, just like your normal 7 iron, so the transition from swing trainer to regular bat is seamless. Competitors are twice as heavy and can cause timing problems. Don't settle for anything heavier than a GForce. The super flexible GFORCE shaft trains proper loading and unloading of the shaft and improves timing, swing path and delivery position for more ball control IMPROVES TRANSITION AND TIMING Flexible shaft develops a smoother transition that prevents ejection and overshooting. Amateur golfers load the shaft too heavily in transition with the GForce Swing Trainer compared to professional golfers. Try to feel like you're holding the shaft tight in the transition as this indicates improved sequencing. Improves sequencing ✔️ Sequencing means putting everything on the downswing in the right order and transferring energy from the body to the club head. Most amateur golfers swing too hard in the transition from the top of the swing and loosen the club too early. Good players relax from the legs, hips, torso, arms and club head.
