High quality - Made of ceramic, which is more durable, effective and cleaner than conventional corundum whetstones. Please note that you choose the right whetstone for you: 400 grit (coarse) for extremely rounded blades or knives that are damaged or beaten 1000 grit (medium) for rounded blades or new knives. 3000 grit (fine) for sanding edges after using coarse and medium size. 5000 grit (super fine) for a first-class razor-sharp edge. Sharpen your knife Choose the right size of the blade guide. Set the blade guide to the appropriate location of the blade. With both hands, hold the handle and back of the knife, make the knife blade at a fixed angle, move the blade back and forth over the whetstone and apply pressure Cleaning instructions: clean your whetstone and knife guide with a soft brush after use and store in a well-ventilated area. A flat surface If the whetstone develops an uneven surface, use the stone leveler to make the surface flat again. Hold the stone leveler with one hand. Place the diamond side on the surface of the whetstone and move back and forth until the surface becomes flat again. After sharpening, make the knife clean with water and wipe dry. When finished, clean your whetstone, knife guide and stone leveler with a soft brush and store in the box in a well-ventilated area. Instructions for use (read before first use): Please use the whole surface of the whetstone to keep the consistency when sharpening Avoid knocks or drops.
