St Cuthberts Mill Saunders Waterford is free from optical brighteners, which guarantees that the white tone persists over time and the watercolour paper will not yellow. The fungicide treatment ensures optimal protection and optimal ageing resistance of the high-quality watercolour paper. The surface The appealing surface of the watercolour paper is created by the use of natural wool felts, which give it a distinctive texture as well as by natural rags that contribute to the cherished surface through arbitrary chaining and felting. The texture is coated with gelatin, which strengthens and makes it resistant to erasing, scratching and scraping without tearing. Application techniques The paper is suitable for all watercolour techniques as well as for gouache, acrylic, pastel, ink, coloured pencils, printing techniques and charcoal.
