Thanks to the special positioning of the holes on oblique lines, the flour is achieved in two directions, which guarantees an incomparable result. Durable and wear-resistant. The shovel head is made with the special S.H.A treatment. (Special Hard Anodizing): a hard anodized oxidation ensures maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensures extreme glide and retains the same lightness as the timeless blue. Advantages: 3 times higher heat resistance than anodised aluminium. High resistance to corrosion, scratches, bumps and wear. Very low lubricity. New hole: optimised flour removal body.
