Essential for 3D printing with resin: The Mercury X Bundle Wash Cure Machine includes 1 washing station and 1 post-curing station that complete your 3D printing with resin for post-curing. To maximize your throughput, you can also wash and cure 3D prints at the same time. Easier washing larger prints: With a 7.5 litre container, you can wash large 3D printed parts of ELEGOO Saturn and Mars directly. Leave the prints on the building plate and place them on the hook in the bucket so that the parts are washed in the solvent while stirring. This also removes all resin residues. Print quality: the post-curing station is equipped with 2 light strips, each with 14 integrated LED lights and 4 LED lights under the turntable. You can emit the optimal wavelength of 405nm UV light and improve the quality of 3D resin prints when working with a Fresnel lens. Intuitive and safe operation: To turn on the cleaning machine, you need to press a button and hold it for a moment, then turn the knob to set a suitable washing and drying time. Thanks to the UV coverage, which blocks 99.9% of ultraviolet rays, your eyesight is protected during post-treatment. Tips and tricks: It is recommended to dry the model after washing before placing it in the curing station. Preferably use running water to wash parts printed with washable resin. It is not recommended to clean them with the washing station.
