It is practical, easy to replace and understands your needs. DURABLE & STURDY CONSTRUCTION The entire body of the stick and the support feet are made of aluminum, which is really durable and sturdy. The diameter of the monopod and tripod is really wide, which is thicker than other ordinary monopods. The non-slip rubber feet can be easily folded up and adjusted. Adjustable Height of Monopod The height of the monopod can be adjusted from 53cm to 165cm, which is suitable for different shooting postures. And the tripod at the bottom of the stick can be adjusted. If you reduce this tripod to its minimum size, you can carry it easily. COMFORTABLE THICK FOAM FOR HAND The top end of the tripod comes with 3mm thick foam armrests, which fits perfectly on the palm and completely relieve the fatigue caused by long holding the monopod.
