Use: - Production of various soda soaps. - Remove old paint (stripper agent) - For cleaning: rinsing bottles in beverage filling systems, removing greasy and oily impurities, cleaning stainless steel tanks; - For cleaning milking machines, milking systems, hoses, pipes and milk tanks. - For cleaning bee hives and frames. - Household drain cleaner. - In PCB manufacturing to develop the layout previously transferred to the photo-coated circuit board via UV light. - Used in the chemical industry to neutralize acids in a variety of chemical processes. - Digestion of bauxite and other ores (Bayer process for the production of aluminium) - Synthesis of various chemicals (for example, formic acid, sodium hypochlorite, sodium phosphate, sodium sulphide).
