FUNCTION: The SJ3550 Dual Lock Resealable Lock is the practical alternative to conventional fastening methods such as screws, nuts or bolts. It is designed as a durable, resealable mounting solution (which can be opened and closed multiple times) that adheres to a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and ABS. HIGH QUALITY: Black interlocking mushroom shaped heads (250 trunk density per square inch) provide a strong one that can be opened and closed multiple times. White adaptable acrylic foam tape adheres well to a variety of substrates including metals and plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and ABS. The strong clasp is secured with an audible snap that confirms the closure. Has a good temperature resistance of 200°F (93°C). APPLICATION This mushroom fastener with double lock SJ3550 uses an acrylic adhesive for bonding to a range of materials with high surface energy, including some plastics, metals, glass and painted surfaces. It allows for quick and easy installation without the need for mechanical attachment. After gluing, the interlocking mushroom stems can be fixed, spirally attached and riveted. Bonds smooth surfaces: bonds most painted metals and plastics without surface residue or abrasion. Specially formulated synthetic adhesive bonds most paints and powder coatings as well as window materials such as glass, acrylic and polycarbonate, stone and wood. Installation and removal: at room temperature, about 50% of final strength is achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours. When you spray alcohol on the tape, it is easy to peel off. Please clean the adhesive surface and do not touch the adhesive layer before use.
