If you need a filament with high strength and toughness, our carbon fibre PLA is your best choice. Product features: ASA filament 1.75 mm has good ductility and toughness. The filament does not produce bubbles, paper jams or distortion during printing. In addition, this ASA filament also has good fusibility and can be transported evenly without blocking the nozzle or extruder. High compatibility: the filament ASA is not only mechanically wound, but has also passed strict manual inspection. The advanced diameter measuring system and adaptive control system in production ensure strict tolerance, and our filament can be perfectly matched with most FDM 3D printers on the market. Printing suggestions: The diameter of the filament is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of +/-0.02 mm. Recommended printing temperature: 250℃-280℃. Recommended printing speed: 0-100mm/s. Heated bed temperature: 80℃ Compared to ordinary ASA, carbon fibre ASA filament has extremely high rigidity. Long-term printing wears out the copper nozzle and expands the nozzle hole. It is recommended to use stainless steel nozzle. Vacuum sealing: It is completely dried 24 hours before packaging and sealed in a transparent bag with desiccant vacuum to effectively protect the filament from moisture, making the print smoother and more stable.
