E-Bikes are a fast-growing segment in MTB sports Electric bikers are exposed to higher forces, higher speeds and longer rides compared to normal bikers The Flow models do not have hard shells and are therefore lightweight, extremely comfortable to carry, super thin and compact The protectors developed together with bike legend Hans Rey are so compact that they fit in any backpack The integrated XmatterTM padding concept offers accordingly high absorption and protective effect; Product description The IXS Flow EVO+ Electric Plus elbow pads are designed for e-bike/VAE trail/all-mountain/enduro riders. They are lightweight, efficient and very little burdensome. They do not restrict arm movements at all. They meet ASTM4 and Electric Plus standards and are recommended for e-bikes. The new, thinner and stretchy AeroMesh Posite fabric provides a balance of strength, flexibility and ventilation. The front is made of Kevlar to resist abrasion. The ergonomic and soft X-Matter viscoelastic premium foam hardens on impact and absorbs shock energy well. The attachment to the body proves to be easy thanks to 1 adjustable LoopLock Velcro strap that adapts without straining the skin + non-slip silicone strips for even more stability. The reinforced flat seams provide excellent durability and the finer, breathable fabric on the back of the elbow ensures a Good ventilation. Antibacterial treatment to reduce sweat odour.
