Especially at children's birthdays, this bright green, wobbly dessert favourite with the fruity woodruff taste is a highlight. If you mix a few fruit gums, every child will get bright eyes. Ingredients Ingredients: food gelatin, acidifier fumaric acid, colouring food safflower concentrate, aroma, dye (patent blue V). May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy and egg. Directions Additions: You will still need per bag: 500 ml (1/2 l) water 75-100 g sugar (3-4 heaped tablespoons). Preparation: Place the contents of a bag and the desired amount of sugar in a bowl. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil (e.g. in the kettle) and pour over the powder. Stir with a whisk until powder and sugar have completely dissolved. Place the jelly in the glass bowl, or put in portion glasses, for several hours (e.g. overnight) in the fridge. To fall, loosen the jelly from the edge with a knife and hold the bowl briefly in hot water.
