Two-chamber smokehouse

The two-chamber smokehouse is the most advanced and the largest portable smokehouse in our offer. Its characteristic feature is a very large capacity that allows you to smoke several dozen kilograms of meat and other products at the same time: cheese, sausages, fish or vegetables. Products are smoked in it on two levels, which allows the separation of some intertwining flavors. With all this, it is still convenient when moving, carrying or transporting by car.

For a wooden two-chamber smokehouse, we add a book entitled "Smoking meat and fish" and two spices that enhance the taste of smoked meats.

Specification of a two-chamber smokehouse
The full set of the smokehouse includes:

• smoking chamber - built of Scandinavian spruce, unpainted, de-resinous,
• furnace - in two sizes, allowing to regulate the fuel combustion temperature,
• a pipe (smoke duct) - leads the smoke from the furnace to the chamber,
• elbow - mounted to the pipe allows it to be connected to the smoker chamber,
• double-pitched roof - openable, preventing water condensation,
• smoke deflector - dispersing it in the chamber,
• metal legs - on which the smoking chamber stands,
• thermometer - facilitating control of the smoking temperature,
• stainless hooks (3 pcs.) - for smoked products,
• crossbars for hanging smoked meats,
• and a steel grate for the hearth.

The two-chamber smokehouse is an excellent proposition for people who love smoked products and want to stock up on them periodically while producing their stock.
